Principal
Eddie is the Principal of our company. He holds Professional Civil Engineer license in the three western states of California, Oregon and Washington. He has over thirty years of civil/structural engineering and construction experiences. He began his engineering career working for top engineering and construction companies in the U.S., constructing commercial and industrial projects throughout the country. He then moved his career to the Santa Clara County Building Department and became the county engineer responsible for monitoring and approving all residential home construction projects in the County, where top quality custom homes in the south bay were built. After years of service in the country building department, he started his own engineering consulting firm specialized in custom home design and construction for his clients some thirty years ago in the late 80’s, and soon evolved and became a developer in building and renovating custom residential homes, apartment buildings, boutique hotels throughout the Bay Area. With his achievements in life, his clients still find him passionate, charismatic and fun to work with. He would like to share his life time professional knowledge and experience with clients who would appreciate his work.
